Important last few weeks

Hello friends,

Its been some time that we haven't shared anything with you. But here we are with couple of updates and news.

Recently, few hackers surprised everyone, in internet space, with by their recent attack of very old SQL Injection technique. It shot down some millions of website and costed billions to industry. We are fortunate that our website was not on the list. But you never know. So we made few changes to make the website a full proof against such attacks. No compromise on security now.

Another thing, and very important thing, was Unicode support. Lots of our user had requested this feature in past and we have been working hard get it done. We are very pleased to inform you all that we are done with the Unicode support. So now you all can create surveys in your own language with unicode characters. Cheers!!!

And lastly, we have been very busy on another front of the website, its Fund raising.
Fund is one of most important factor for any startups. And in our case we are sole responsible for to raise it. so we worked hard in last couple of weeks and manage to raise enough fund to pursue our startup.

So hold your breath... we are back with bang to give you new cool features in coming time.

Hi all,

Working on startup, its nice experience. Its all about satisfaction more then money.

A early wake up to just check mail, reading user feedback & comment is unforgettable experience.

I am personally in web development from last few years but excitement which i got to work on this project is much ahead of any other project I work for client. Till date we build something that client want, a routine CMS, e-commerce application or just one more information catalog, but now we work as per user requirement & suggestion.

When we initially started UserOverview.com we first plan to release simple version with basic functionality, but now after 22 days it got updated many times with many new features which is suggested by our valuable users like you.

Today also we are happy to announce one more feature addition of "Survey Template". Now select pre-build survey template to create survey, just choose one of it & modify as per your requirement & you're done.

Moving step ahead...

It's one week now after our first release, and now we have lot of comments & feedback. Once again we sorted them and picked few best ones. One of them is Flash based widget to integrate survey into site, blog or social site profile page.

So we are happy to announce that our lead developer Prakash started work on it. Currently we are working on basic concept of widgets & it's functionality, we want to release it with most basic features within one week and then will make changes or add additional functionality as per user feedback.

We too believe this and would like to follow it. That's why we have released first beta version and now working on user feedback and suggestions to improve it.

In last 3 days, we received lots of valuable comments and suggestions which helped us to understand the user needs. Its not possible to work on all the comments right now due to limitation of resource and time. We sorted out some best suggestions and now releasing those with today's update like, Integration code email feature, My Desk page and Invite a friend function.

First beta release...

Hi guys,

We are really happy to introduce our new start-up. Its all about making web sites more user friendly and user centric. If you look at Web 2.0 websites, you will see that every website tries to get contents from their user, publish them and share them among different groups and user communities. But we guess Web 2.0 is much more than that. Web 2.0 is about making websites more user centric where user generate the contents and they have power to influence the areas they should create or improve on. This start up is a first step towards it. We are trying to get user's opinion and overview about the website. Once you have fair amount of overviews of users and visitors on your services or products, you can decide on which direction you should lead it to. That's the motto of this start up.

It's all started few month back when one of our client asked us to build small questioner. He wanted it to put on his site for user's view about their revamped site. It worked great and was very successful. Then we decided to build a product, with which, site owners can build survey & publish on their site in just few minutes. They can view the results of the surveys and can work out their future plans based on it.

This is our beta release of UserOverview.com. Please take out some time and have hands on it. We appriciate your feedback on this attempt.
